BOOSTER draws interest at ProFlex 2025

The BOOSTER project was proudly presented during the ProFlex 2025 Conference, held on 6–7 May at Fraunhofer FEP in Dresden, Germany. The event brought together key stakeholders in the field of roll-to-roll processing of flexible materials, offering a rich programme of insights, networking, and hands-on technology demonstrations.

Organised by Fraunhofer FEP, the conference featured:

• Plenary lectures by internationally renowned experts in roll-to-roll processing and functional film manufacturing
• An interactive lab tour, showcasing a variety of pilot coaters and cutting-edge technologies available at FEP
• A vibrant poster session and networking event, held directly in the FEP laboratory building

Representatives from both Fraunhofer FEP and Amires attended the event and contributed to the dissemination of BOOSTER project results. The project was presented through a dedicated poster, highlighting its development and achievements.

The posters “Transparent aluminum-silicon oxy-nitride coatings for high-barrier applications” was prepared and presented by Patrick Schlenz (Fraunhofer FEP) and attracted significant interest from the participants.
